The menu at Tapas Al Gusto is a delightful journey through a variety of small plates, each bursting with flavor. Whether you're a fan of seafood, meats, or vegetarian dishes, there's something here that will catch your eye. One standout is the patatas bravas-crispy, golden potatoes topped with a rich and spicy aioli that hits all the right notes. It’s the perfect way to start off a meal and get your taste buds ready for more. For those who enjoy a little more indulgence, the jamón ibérico is a must-try. Thinly sliced and packed with savory goodness, it’s a true treat for anyone who appreciates fine cured meats.

The seafood offerings at Tapas Al Gusto are equally impressive, with the gambas al ajillo stealing the spotlight. Tender shrimp sautéed in olive oil with garlic, chili, and a hint of lemon creates a dish that’s both fragrant and satisfying. For something a bit more filling, the chorizo al vino offers a rich and smoky flavor, cooked in red wine and served with a side of crusty bread to soak up all the delicious sauce.

What People's Say About Place

"Fun Food Truck" is how I would characterize Tapas al Gusto. The food is good and the portions are "Grande". The sweet lady running the truck does it all. I recommend the Shrimp Tacos. The Carne Asada beef was a little tough, however the Baria Beef was tasty.

Letty is amazing and talented. Her food crosses barriers. My husband rushes to her truck after his gym workouts. It’s the only place he craves. Her food is fresh, top grade and the fusion is rad. So unique. We love to support local and she is worth every penny. Only complaint the portions are TOO BIG. We can never finish. Most plates feed 2. The chicken quesadilla is my favorite.

Fabulous, fresh food. Skillfully prepared, fresh for each order from a creative and flavorful menu. Letty is such a warm, wonderful chef and makes every customer feel so welcome and appreciated. Make no mistake, this is a food truck but the food is amazing. I only wish I had stopped here years ago!

So glad I decided to stop here on my way home! The chef, Letty, was so sweet. I ordered the carne asada tacos and the birria quesadilla. Everything was fantastic! She makes everything to order and you can tell she uses incredibly fresh ingredients. The flavors were amazing. I loved it all, but the birria quesadilla may be the best quesadilla I’ve ever had. We will be back! I love to support great family-owned businesses like this that really care and are passionate about what they do!

So happy I stopped. Amazing food from a kind and talented chef. Thanks for a wonderful meal after a hike at Goldmine/Dynamite trailhead, Letty!

A must try food truck. I ordered a to-go and she made is super quick. Will be back for sure

Glad we found this place on Google. We were looking for something new to try and this was off the beaten path. It definitely lived up to the reviews/stars as everything was super delicious and freshly cooked/prepared. Spanish/French/Indian fusion was new for us. Letty, the owner/chef was extremely friendly and personable, and I especially loved how much she loved what she was making for us. It came through in quality and freshness with a variety of flavorful offerings. We had the salmon taco, fish taco, shrimp taco, Carne asada taco and a chicken chimichurri taco. Also got a side of chips & salsa as well as the bean dip (which is not how you'd expect it to be prepared...in a very good way). We had to eat in the car since we showed up in at the tail end if a dust storm, so it was too windy outside to sit at the outside tables. Even that didn't detract from our experience. COME EAT HERE!!! We'll be back often.
